Hops

When I was a child we always went to "pine" country during the Christmas holidays, and to this moment I can hear the sleigh bells and the choppity chop of horses' hooves through the snow. We always brought back aromatic pine pillows. During the rest of the year there were always some hops pillows about the house. A little hops tea and a snooze on a hops pillow will help to get you into a mood for a deep sleep.
