SLEEP
Linden, chamomile, sage, catnip, clove, skullcap teas are all sedative. These can be mixed together according to personal choice and aroma, or may be used separately with, or without, some honey. Since honey absorbs water, it can be useful in holding moisture within the body, and can thus overcome the need for frequent bathroom visits during the night.
Wormwood, lavender, balm, chamomile compresses on the head will often help a nervous person to sleep better.
