Burdock Drink burdock tea or apply burdock leaves as poultice.
Dock (Yellow) Apply compresses of dock tea.
Ginger Add ginger tea to bathwater, and soak in warm water.
Onion Apply roasted onions, or cut up raw onions to apply to sprain in form of poultice.
Vinegar Apple cider vinegar compresses often relieve the sprain.
