Bedwetting
MarjoramWild marjoram tea is said to help bedwetting problems as well as nightmares.
Mullein Use 5 drops of this flower oil (available from certain pharmacies) in a teaspoon of cold water. Stir. Use a teaspoon four times a day for nighttime bedwetting.
St. John's Wort Also called hypericum: Prepare a tea with an ounce of the flowers to a pint of boiling water to try to overcome nighttime bedwetting. The herb is also an exceptional first aid for wounds, bleeding, and bruises. The flowers
give off a red juice. The oil can be obtained by suspending a tightly closed glass jar of the flowers in the sun.
