DETOXIFICATION

There are several ways to detoxify the body. One of the quickest and most effective means is to use the eliminative abilities of the skin to give off stored toxins through perspiration. Another important method is to flush the system with lots of water and cleansing herbal teas. Or a plain, herbal or coffee enema may be used to irrigate the bowel, and laxatives used to cleanse the entire system. Use different detoxification procedures depending on the health problem.

Apple Pectin Use apple pectin to eliminate metals and radiation from the system.

Basil and Cloves Use powdered cloves and sweet basil tea, and for long range body action, combine equal amounts (I ounce at a time) of powdered sweet basil and powdered cloves into #00 capsules. Use a two capsule dosage three times a day until metals are expelled from the body.

Cayenne Pepper Use tiny pinches of cayenne pepper and

water and apple cider vinegar and honey, or apple cider vinegar and water drinks, to eliminate the smell of too much chlorine after swimming in a pool.

Coffee Use pure, undiluted coffee as a detoxifying enema to extract poisons, or to normalize the body. This is a very strong action.

Fennel Crush several tablespoons, simmer them in boiling water, and steep and strain the liquid. Use it as hot or cold tea, in a vaporizer, and in bathwater, to withdraw toxins..

Hayflower Make up a strong tea of hayflower, or use prepared Swiss extract and add it to bathwater or a foot or arm bath, to withdraw toxins from the system. This is great to do right before a cold appears to be coming on.

Oatmeal Apply a paste of oatmeal, or oatmeal and banana paste, to withdraw foreign objects from a cut or wound. I alternate this paste with salad oil "compresses," for embedded splinters and can often just squeeze them out.

Oatstraw Like hayflower, oatstraw has strong detoxifying abilities. Use it in compresses, as a poultice, or in full or partial baths,

Peach Simmer several peach pits to achieve a red colored tea. Store it in the refrigerator. Use the tea in small doses to help pull drug effects from the body. Use it for worms. Use it as an enema for detoxification purposes. Make a tincture for future use. Use 15 drops in a glass of water.

Salt Add between a cup to a pound of common coarse table salt to bathwater to give the effect of seawater and help detoxify the body. This is useful after a hard day in a city or after an evening of smoking or drinking. Salt can also be rubbed on the body to create additional circulation and a feeling of well being.

Salt and Baking Soda Use a combination of salt and baking soda in the bath to offset the effect of minor X ray or radiation exposure.
