Joints Arnica Use Arnica compresses, lotion, or liniment on the areas of joint pain.
Ginger Use ginger compresses or ginger foot soaks to relieve pain.
Eucalyptus Prepare a strong tea with 1/4 cup of eycalyptus leaves and several quarts of water. Add the tea to the bathwater, and soak in the bath to relieve pain.

Olbas Oil Use olbas prepared oil for massages or rubs. It contains several heat producing, pain relieving herbs.
Onions Briefly roast a half dozen onions, and place them directly on the painful or swollen joint. Tie them to the body with a large elastic bandage.
Vinegar Apply apple cider vinegar compresses. Add apple cider vinegar to bathwater. Drink apple cider vinegar and
honey (1/2 tablespoon of each) in a cup of water several times a day.
