Prune Prune whip before breakfast is a fantastic cleanser for the liver: Cut up 6 to 8 medium to large prunes. Whip up a half pint of heavy cream, add the prunes, chopped, and eat this first thing in the morning. Then do not eat breakfast, and try to avoid lunch.
