Nursing Borage Drink a tea of borage leaves to increase the store of milk.
Dill To avoid problems with excessive wind, feed infants mild dill tea. Prepare this by bruising a teaspoon of the seeds and steeping them in half a cup of boiling water; then strain the liquid.
Caraway Caraway oil or tea will promote the secretion of milk. Add a few drops of the essential oil to any herbal drink, or make it as above.

Fennel The Greeks use the entire plant as food and tea to encourage a milk flow in nursing mothers.
Fenugreek Drink unstrained fenugreek tea during pregnancy and to increase breast milk.
Parsley Bruise the leaves, then apply them to hardened or knotty breasts and swollen glands during the nursing period, or apply a cloth that has been dipped into strong parsley tea.
Woodruff Infuse a handful of woodruff in wine for several days. Use up to 2 tablespoons of this liquid three times a day before meals to increase milk flow.
Sage drink strong sage tea to dry up the milk flow during the weaning process.
