Senna

Senna is a strong herbal purgative. I recently read a report from the Center for Disease Control noting its misuse by a family who thought it was just "another" herbal tea. They gave it to a child, with disastrous results. BEFORE YOU DRINK ANY BLEND OF HERBS, FIND OUT WHAT THE BLEND IS DESIGNED FOR. IF YOU CAN'T FIND OUT, AND YOU DON'T KNOW ALL THE HERBS, DON'T DRINK THE BLEND!
